Art Deco detailing makes this soaring stepped tower an impressive addition to downtown streets. With a peaked roof, tall columns on all four sides and two detailed front walls, it's ideal for corner locations. Windows wrap around all sides of the middle section and one of the street level side has has both passage and overhead doors.
 
Handcrafted in the USA from an original pattern, this highly detailed resin model is hand poured in appropriate colors. The kit includes separate windows, clear window glazing and complete instructions.
