Juniata RS3M Rebuild - Standard DC -- Maryland & Delaware #1202 (maroon, black, yellow)

This Bowser Executive Line Juniata RS3M is based on former Alco RS3 diesels which were output by a rebuild program performed in the Penn Central's Juniatas hops in Altoona, Pennsylvania. These were dubbed with the nickname "Juniata Geeps," as they were converted from standard Alco RS3s equipped with the EMD 567B prime movers and components recycled from surplus EMD E-units. This model features a roadname-appropriate details. Also included are factory-installed air hoses, windshield wipers, grab irons, coupler lift bars and window glazing. It's equipped with an operating headlight, can motor, dual flywheels, nickel silver wheels with RP25 flanges and knuckle couplers for smooth, reliable operation. The recommended minimum radius is 18". This Juniata RS3M locomotive features a 21-pin DCC decoder interface for easy conversion to DCC when you're ready (decoder sold separately).
