Made especially for PanPastel Colors, these unique applicators are easy to use and provide good control in large or small areas. Each consists of a "knife" made from flexible, durable plastic material and an absorbent sponge cover that slips over the end like a sock. Great for applying and blending colors, they can also be used to soften hard edges for added realism, and they come in four different shapes for ease of use and excellent control when working in large or small areas.
