Based on 18th to 19th century architecture, this 3-story building is appropriate for cities or towns. Side and rear walls are cast in correct "common brick" color so only the front brick areas require painting. Stone-color areas on the front can be painted to replicate iron/sheet, which is more typical of these buildings. The black roof has cast-in details and A/C units are included. Other features include self-locating windows and doors, clear window material, 2 Tichy platform fire escapes and optional window signs. Tab and slot locators and instructions with photos simplify assembly.
