The HO Scale Imperial Oil Tanker kit from Sylvan Scale Models is modeled after the 260' Great Lakes oil tanker built in 1915 and 1916. This waterline model is based specifically on the Iocolite, Royalite, and Sarnolite carriers which were renamed Imperial Kingston, Imperial Welland and Imperial Hamilton in 1947. They're typical of small oil tankers in use from 1900s to 1970s. This resin kit contains all details to build a complete model.
