Waterfront Willy's/Trackside Jack's -- Kit

Improve any commercial district with this versatile building that can be used at the shore or along the tracks. Build to either concept: Waterfront Willy's or Trackside Jack's. A complete set of pilings is included to support the structure over water, or shorten them for a hillside location if desired. Laser-cut "cedar shake" shingles and windows (which can be built open or closed) as well as optional doors and shutters, plus a set of white metal detail parts are all included.
