40' Wood Reefer - 2-Rail - Ready to Run -- Alt-Brau Beer NWX (Fantasy Scheme, gray, Boxcar Red)

The AtlasO Master (R) 2-rail O Scale 40' Wood Reefer is based on the 40' wood refrigerator cars built by Pullman for the Northern Refrigerator Car Co. in 1930. With its rooftop ice hatches, USRA-style fishbelly underframe and vertical brake shaft, it is representative of the thousands of similar cars that were built during the "Billboard" era of American railroads. Other features include separately applied roof walks, ice hatches, door hinges, accurate painting and lettering, a detailed injection-molded body, scale metal wheels and metal knuckle couplers. This car requires 24" radius or larger curves. The 40' Wood Reefer is perfect for your late steam and classic-diesel-era train consists. Check out the entire line of AtlasO freight cars.
