68' Steam Freighter Kit -- 9-1/4"

These small but rugged freighters, called Clyde Puffers, were built from the 1850s through 1920 to carry freight into and around the coastal waterways of Scotland but similar vessels could be found world-wide. Kit consists of many highly detailed resin castings, Britannia metal (pewter) detail parts, set of photo etched brass detail parts, rope, chain, pulleys, and much more. This kit builds into a beautiful boat that is loaded with character and details. Completed kit measures 9-1/4" long, waterline (flat bottom) hull simplifies layout installation.
