70-Ton 3-Bay 14-Panel Hopper w/Load - Ready to Run -- Clinchfield CRR #69656 (Ex-P&LE, black, PC Logo)

Bluford Shops 70-Ton 3-Bay 14-Panel Hoppers are based on rib-side AAR-design cars, but NYC made design changes that became popular with more railroads than the AAR version. These cars were constructed by a number of carbuilders from 1956 through the late 1960s with many serving through the 1990s. These N Scale 70-ton rib-side hoppers feature die-cast slope sheet-hopper bay-center sill assembly; injection molded plastic sides, ends, and hopper doors; fully molded brake tank, valve and air lines; body mounted brake hose detail; realistic coal loads; lever-style hand brake; body mounted magnetically operating knuckle couplers; close coupling; and Fox Valley Models metal wheels. This detailed model is part of the extensive line of N Scale rolling stock from Bluford Shops.
