Brass Car Sides Only - Louisville & Nashville -- 75' Modernized Smoothside Heavyweight 48-Seat Coach #2551-2563

Etched-brass sides for Louisville & Nashville modernized, smoothside heavyweight coaches numbered 2551-2563. These distinctive coaches were rebuilt by the L&N from heavyweight combine cars during 1946-48 and operated over the L&N, NCSt&L and C&EI during their long service lives. This conversion kit includes photo-etched brass sides for passenger cars. Window openings and grab iron holes are etched through, with additional etched details on the surface. Undecorated kit can be used with components mentioned in the kit instructions.
