Brass Passenger Car Sides Only - Kit (Etched Brass, Unpainted) -- Northern Pacific North Coast Limited #586-587 P-S Deluxe Day-Nite Coach

These Deluxe Day-Nite Coaches were built by Pullman-Standard in 1954 to Plan 7643 Lot 6938 and joined the Vista-Dome North Coast Limited that year as rotation cars to supplement the ten Budd dome coaches. The floor plan and window arrangement reflect the different arrangement from the other two series of streamlined NP coaches assigned to this train as represented by #173-4 and #173-30. When the eleventh Budd dome coach arrived in late 1957, coaches 586 and 587 joined the 588-599 series leg-rest coaches generally assigned to line numbers C251/261. These brass sides include the original skirting with etched hardware details and grab iron holes, and are designed for use with American Limited Models #147-8010 Core Kits, sold separately.
