EMD SD24 High Nose - LokSound and DCC - Master(TM) Gold -- Chicago, Burlington & Quincy 515 (red, gray, white)

This detailed Atlas HO Scale Master Gold EMD SD24 is based on the 2,400-horsepower diesel road units produced by EMD between July 1958 and March 1963. The Atlas model features details and high or low nose unique to each roadname. Other features include a five-pole skewed-armature motor with dual flywheels, directional LED lighting, all-metal magnetic knuckle couplers, accurate decoration and roadname-appropriate body phase details. Plenty of applied details and realistic decoration for both prototype and fantasy "what if" schemes round out the detailed models. This EMD SD24 replica comes equipped with a dual-mode ESU LokSound Select sound and DCC decoder with Full Throttle effects for operation on DCC and DC layouts. The EMD SD24 is one of many Atlas and Trainman HO Scale locomotives.
