Gold Line(TM) Trinity 2-Bay Cement Hopper - Assembled Limited-Run 2-Pack -- Burlington Northern

In the early 1980s, Greenville Steel Car Company introduced a new hopper for powdered materials. Cement proved to be too heavy for the car, so a slightly smaller version was created for cement service. This smaller car was also sold as a general-purpose covered hopper and can be found carrying plastic pellets, roofing granules, flour, grain and more. This HO Scale model comes fully assembled with a detailed body, roof hatches, a thin profile roofwalk and more. For those who want more detail, a complete set of wire grab irons is included and molded drill starter points on the body simplify installation. Working knuckle couplers and free-rolling trucks with metal wheels round out each car.
