M-15/M-15A 1-1/2 Door Double Sheathed Auto Boxcar -- B&O Late 1920s Rebuild w/Indestructible Ends

Almost 10,000 M-15 series cars entered B&O service between 1910-1924 and remained common into the 1930s. The first were 1-1/2 door Automobile cars but after 1916, all were box cars. Although each shared a common underframe, changes in ends, roofs and equipment created eight physically different designs and seven subclasses. Some ran into the 1950s, so kits 5001, 5002, 5003 and 5004 include both K and AB brakes. Decals cover all lettering from delivery in 1910 up to, but not including, billboards.
