Enrollment into the Walthers Express Rewards Program (the “Rewards Program”) is automatic. No sign up is required. Participation assumes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.
Collection of Points
Points can be earned by participants in connection with purchases of goods made through Walthers.com regardless of method of payment, provided that you enter or provide your Account Number at the time of purchase. Promotion-specific points may take up to two weeks to be available for use.
Redemption of Points
Points may be redeemed directly at checkout on Walthers.com. Reward vouchers are no longer required. When making an eligible purchase, you may choose the number of available points you wish to apply to your order, subject to applicable minimum and maximum redemption amounts.
Point values, rewards, and other information are available at www.walthers.com/my-rewards.
When redeeming Points, you are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account is correct and up-to-date. Walthers reserves the right to block redemptions where participant information is inaccurate or incomplete.
Value
Points are not exchangeable for cash. Walthers assumes no liability to participants regarding the addition or deletion of items for which Points can be collected and/or redeemed. Points may not be applied to past purchases or combined with purchases made by other individuals or Rewards Program members.
Transferability
Except as permitted from time to time by Walthers, Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased, given as a gift, or otherwise sold. Any Points so acquired are void. For the avoidance of doubt, such prohibited transfers include transfers by operation of law upon the death of a Member.
Expiration
Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your Walthers account. Inactivity means no purchases, no Point redemptions, and no other qualifying activity during that time. Expired Points cannot be reinstated.
Return/Exchange Policy
In the event of a return or exchange of any eligible purchase that initially earned Points, such Points will be deducted from the account balance. If a product purchased using Points is returned, the applicable Points used toward that purchase will be returned to the account, subject to Walthers' return and exchange policies.
Promotion
From time to time, Walthers may advertise or offer exclusive opportunities to select participants to redeem Points for items other than a purchase discount or to receive other benefits or discounts.
Shipping
Free ground shipping on purchases $199 or greater will be available to Craftsman and Master Modeler tiers. Expedited or special handling shipping requests are not eligible for free shipping. Delivery addresses outside the United States are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping is only available for in-stock items. Preordered items and backordered items do not qualify.
Product Discounts
Select items receive Yardmaster Express Rewards pricing for customers who are logged in to Walthers.com. Some exclusions will apply. Those exclusions will not show Yardmaster pricing.
Modifications to Rewards Program
Walthers may change the Rewards Program terms and conditions at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of Points already earned based on purchases made prior to such changes. Walthers may change or terminate program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates, apply restrictions based on geography, or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.
Abuse of the Rewards Program, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of rewards, products, Points or promotional offers, any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto, or other improper conduct as determined by Walthers in its sole judgment, may result in cancellation of your account and future disqualification from program participation.
