DCC Snubber

Use with any DCC system to prevent large voltage spikes. Reduces or eliminates voltage spikes on long runs of DCC bus wire. Protects decoders from damaging inductiuve voltage spikes. Solve temporary loss of control or runaway problems. Preserves DCC waveform accuracy.
