The kit includes injection molded brick walls, along with four TallTown modules and Evergreen strip and sheet styrene. Construction is similar to other kits in the Smalltown U.S.A. series, but the modernized front needs to be built up from the Evergreen materials. When completed, the building occupies an area of 9-1/2 x 4-1/8".
