The Thelma is a compact wood-frame house with a covered porch, typical of those built in the early 1900s. Many are still standing, making them suitable for any post-1900 neighborhood. This laser-cut basswood kit features Tichy doors, windows and roofing and measures 6 x 6 x 5-1/2" 15.2 x 15.2 x 14cm when complete.
