This Miller Engineering Light Works USA U.S. Flag Animated Neon Window Sign features realistic animated lighting. The working billboard includes assembled electronics plus a AAA battery holder that uses three cells. This small sign can be used within HO and larger scale structures to simulate neon window signs. Electroluminescent light sheet is paper thin and produces no heat, so it's safe to use in plastic structures.
