This Miller Engineering Light Works USA U.S. Flag Animated Rooftop Neon Billbaord features realistic animated flashing lighting. The working billboard includes assembled electronics plus a AAA battery holder that uses three cells. This smaller-sized sign includes an etched-metal lattice support measuring only 1 x 1-3/8" 2.5 x 3.4cm - perfect for use on N Scale, Z Scale and small HO Scale rooftops. Electroluminescent light sheet is paper thin and produces no heat. Complete instructions are provided for the easy assembly of the animated neon rooftop billboard and its support.
